摘要
地下商业相对一般的地上商业,具有贴邻首层、节能环保、不算容积率等天然优势,受地产开发广泛青睐。但地下商业同时又存在业态受限、空间受限等问题。本项目从“内容–空间–流线”的核心商业组织逻辑出发,阐述地下商业空间设计要点。
Compared with ordinary aboveground businesses, underground businesses have natural advantages such as being close to the first floor, energy conservation and environmental protection, not counting plot ratio, and are widely favored by real estate development. However, underground commerce also has many problems, such as limited business type and space. Starting from the core business organization logic of ’’content space streamline’’, this project expounds the design essentials of underground business space.
