摘要
随着国内经济建设的逐步深入和推进,具有较长历史的国有建筑企业大多保有一定数量的房产在当前发展形势下,房屋出租收益由此成为企业资金的主要来源之一。以某大型国有建筑企业为例,以房屋出租经营管理存在的主要问题为切入点,提出一些房屋相关管理思考。
With the gradual deepening and promotion of domestic economic construction,most state-owned construction enterprises with a long history retain a certain amount of real estate.Under the current development situation,the rental income of houses has become the main source of enterprise funds.Taking a large state-owned construction enterprise as an example,taking the main problems existing in the rental management of houses as the starting point,this paper puts forward some thoughts on housing lease management.
