Based on actual engineering cases,this paper elaborates the application of three combinations of BIM、prefabricated building and EPC in the resettlement housing and livelihood project.Through comprehensive application of this technology,the construction quality is guaranteed,the construction progress is accelerated,the safety production is realized,and good social benefits are achieved,while experience can be referred to by peers.
