摘要
目前控制桥梁预应力管道压浆质量的方法主要为优化浆液材料配比、提升压浆工艺等,但未有精确量化的检测手段以检测水泥浆在管道内凝固后的密实度(去除管道内空气或自由水的水泥浆体积百分比)。通过工程实例介绍一种剥芯实测预应力管道内压浆密实度的方法,检测结果以体积百分比的形式直观展示管道内压浆密实度,可更准确地验证压浆方案的可行性,相关试验可作为新建桥梁压浆工艺的型式试验。
At present,the main methods to control the grouting quality of bridge prestressed pipes are to optimize the slurry material ratio and improve the grouting process.However,there is no accurate quantitative detection method for the density of cement slurry after solidification(excluding the volume percentage of cement slurry in air or free water in the pipeline).Through engineering examples,the research introduces a method of detecting grouting compactness of prestressed pipe by core stripping.The test results were volume percentage.It can intuitively display the grouting compactness and more accurately verify the feasibility of the grouting scheme.Relevant tests can be used as the type tests of grouting process for new bridges.
