基于SCADA-PLC模型的矿山平巷误差控制系统设计

摘要 为了降低矿山平巷测量的误差,设计了一个基于SCADA-PLC模型的矿山平巷误差控制系统。系统硬件部分重点设计了PLC的选型、通信模块、模入模出单元三部分,系统软件部分主要设计了PID控制算法,通过A/D模块获得模拟量反馈信号,将其转换为数字量信号并和给定值比较得出偏差,将偏差送入PLC中进行PID算法出库,实现了对误差的控制。完成基于SCADA-PLC模型的矿山平巷误差控制系统的设计。实验结果表明研究系统的定位误差较低,导线点点位误差、腰线偏差为2 mm左右,并且控制时间较少,平均为2.2 min,满足了矿山平巷误差控制系统设计需求。 In order to reduce the measurement error of mine roadway, a mine roadway error control system based on SCADA-PLC model is designed. The hardware part of the system designs mainly three parts: PLC selection, communication module, analog input and analog output unit. The software part of the system mainly designs the PID control algorithm. The analog feedback signal is obtained through the A/D module. It is converted into a digital signal and compared with the given value to obtain the deviation. The deviation is sent to the PLC for the PID algorithm out of the warehouse to achieve the error control. Completed the design of mine roadway error control system based on SCADA-PLC model. The experimental results show that the positioning error of the research system is low, the point error and waist line deviation of the research system are about 2 mm, and the control time is less, the average is 2.2 min, which meets the design requirements of mine roadway error control system.
