水泥粉磨智能优化控制系统的实践研究

摘要 针对水泥粉磨系统存在强耦合、大滞后、复杂工况等特点,结合生产实际,采用预测控制与动态矩阵控制相结合的方法,设计了一套智能水泥粉磨智能控制系统。实践证明,该智能优化控制系统能够实现水泥粉磨生产过程中多变量耦合、大滞后系统的自动控制,不仅大大减少了操作人员的工作量,而且能充分发挥生产线的潜能,达到稳定质量、提高台产、降低能耗、平稳运行的技术改造目的。 Aiming at the characteristics of cement grinding system such as strong coupling, large delay and complex working conditions, a set of intelligent control system for cement grinding is designed by combining predictive control with dynamic matrix control in combination with production practice. The practice has proved that the intelligent optimization control system can realize the automatic control of multivariable coupling and large delay system in the cement grinding production process, which not only greatly reduces the workload of operators, but also can give full play to the potential of the production line to achieve the technical transformation purpose of stabilizing quality, improving machine output, reducing energy consumption and stable operation.
