摘要
为了更准确、更客观对电能计量装置状态进行评估,采用一种基于层次分析法-熵权法的状态评估方法。首先,对电能计量装置的状态指标进行筛选,利用劣化度和隶属度的结合完成对各指标的评价并形成模糊关系矩阵,再将层次分析法和熵权法进行结合计算得到综合权重,运用矩阵乘法将综合权重与模糊关系矩阵相乘,最终得到综合评价结果。最后以电能计量装置状态评估为实例进行计算,得到电能计量装置综合评价结果为良,验证了该算法的准确性和可行性。
In order to evaluate the state of electric energy metering device accurately and objectively,a state evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method&entropy weight(EW)method is adopted.Firstly,the state indexes of the electric energy metering device are selected,and the combination of deterioration degree and membership degree is used to complete the evaluation of each indicator and form a fuzzy relationship matrix.Then the AHP method and EW method are combined to calculate the comprehensive weight,which is multiplied by the fuzzy relation matrix using the matrix multiplication method.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained.State evaluation of actual electric energy metering devices is taken using the proposed method and the comprehensive evaluation result of electric energy metering device is good,which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm.
