摘要
海上风力发电机组向轻量化、大型化方向发展,大容量风力发电机组具有低成本优势,已成为海上风力发电机组的首选,本文提出并研制了8 MW大型海上风力发电机组,该机型应用超紧凑型半直驱技术、变桨控制技术、偏航系统控制技术和三电平变流器技术,具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高、密封性好等特点,可实现风机在线监测、控制、诊断、预警功能。该风机在三峡福建福清兴化湾二期项目的应用验证了机型的实用性及有效性。
Offshore wind turbine generator is developing in the direction of lightweight and large-scale. Large-capacity wind turbine generator has become the first choice of offshore wind turbine generator due to the advantage of low-cost. A 8 MW large offshore wind turbine generator unit is proposed and developed in this paper, which applies the ultra-compact semi-direct drive technology, the pitch control technology, the yaw system control technology and the three-level converter technology. The proposed generator unit has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high reliability and good sealing, and online monitoring, control, diagnosis and early warning functions of wind turbine can be achieved. The practicability and effectiveness of the model has been verified by the application of the wind turbine generator in the Phase II Project of Xinghua Bay, Fuqing, Fujian of Three Gorges project.
