共享理念下深圳傍校村和高校互动性调查及规划对策研究

Research on the Interactive Investigation and Planning Countermeasures Between the Off-campus Villages and Campus in Shenzhen under the Concept of Sharing

基于城市发展理念趋向“集约节约,开放共享”的趋势,国内校城互动仍处于初步阶段;傍校村作为高校链接城市社会的媒介,具有其存在必要性,却仍面临被拆除的窘境。本文以傍校村为切入点,研究其与高校的互动现状,藉此探究高校向城市开放的可行性,同时也为保护傍校村提供新的思路。研究手段是以深圳傍校村及其临近的高校为研究样本,通过问卷调查和半结构式访谈的方式分析校村之间的相互依赖性,受访者对傍校村空间需求调查以及受访者对加强校村互动的支持度。研究结果表明:校村相互依赖性较高,受访者对加强校村互动交流的支持度均达到60%及以上。最后,文章基于共享理念从制度、文化和空间三方面提出校村互动的具体优化路径。

Based on the background that the urban develop-ment concept tends to be“intensive,economical,open and shared”,the interaction between universities and cities is still in the initial stage;as media for universities to link urban society,off-campus villages are necessary for its existence,but it still faces the dilemma of being demolished.This pa-per takes off-campus villages as the starting point to study Bthe current situation of their interaction with campus,so as to explore the feasibility of opening up campus to the city;at the same time,it also provides a new thinking path for the protection of off-campus villages.The research method is based on the sample of Shenzhen’s off-campus villages and its neighboring campus.The interdependence between campus and off-campus villages was analyzed by means of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,and the respondents’survey on the space needs of off-campus villages as well as respondents’support for strengthening campus-village interaction.The research results show that the interdependence between the campus and off-campus villages is high,and the respondents’support for strength-ening the campus-village interaction has reached 60%and above.Finally,based on the concept of sharing,the article proposes a specific optimization path for campus-village interaction from three aspects:system,culture and space.
