历史地段街道活力评价及提升策略研究——以昆明市昆阳老街为例

Study on Street Vitality Evaluation and Promotion Strategy in Historical Sections:a Case Study of Kunyang Old Street in Kunming

街道是城市中最具活力的空间之一,探究历史地段街道活力的影响因素对实现历史地段活力复兴及促进其与城市的有机融合具有重要意义。本文以昆明市昆阳老街历史地段为研究对象,构建街道活力评价指标体系,经实地观测统计和大数据分析获取相关指标数据,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重并计算街道活力综合指数,运用Pearson相关性分析法筛选出影响街道综合活力的显著相关因素,在此基础上提出历史地段街道活力提升策略。研究表明:昆阳老街历史地段传统街巷活力整体低于周边现代街道,街道功能密度会对街道活力有显著正向影响,街道深度值、长度、传统风貌建筑占比对街道活力有显著负向影响。

Street is one of the most dynamic spaces in the city.Exploring the influencing factors of street vitality in his-torical areas is of great significance to revitalize historical ar-eas and promote their organic integration with the city.This paper takes the historical section of Kunyang Old Street in Kunming City as the research object,constructs the evalu-ation index system of street vitality,obtains the relevant in-dex data through field observation statistics and big data analysis,determines the index weight and calculates the comprehensive index of street vitality by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and uses Pearson correlation analysis to screen out the significant related factors affecting the com-Aprehensive vitality of streets,and puts forward the strat-egy of improving street vitality in historical sections.The research shows that the vitality of traditional streets in the historical section of Kunyang Old Street is lower than that of surrounding modern streets.Street functional density has a significant positive impact on street vitality.Street depth,length and the proportion of traditional style buildings have a significant negative impact on street vitality.
