基于“未来社区”建设目标的老旧小区改造适宜性评价研究

Appropriateness Evaluation of Old Neighborhood Renovation Based on the Construction Goals of“Future Community”

在数字化社会转型的背景下,浙江省“未来社区”提出以人民美好生活向往为中心,聚焦人本化、生态化和数字化,打造有归属感、舒适感和未来感的新型城市功能单元。本文通过调研国内外社区建成环境评价标准体系,基于未来社区建设目标建立老旧小区改造适宜性评价方法,为老旧小区改造的科学策划和精准施策提供参考。研究选取杭州市三个典型老旧小区进行实地调研和问卷调查,比较不同社区的特点,分析它们改造适宜性的差异。最后,研究根据案例评价结果,讨论了数字化转型背景下社区建成环境评价的未来方向。

In the context of digital social transformation,the“Future Community”proposed by Zhejiang Province is a new urban functional unit with a sense of belonging,comfort and future,which focus on people’s desire for a better life through humanization,ecologicalization and digi-talization.This paper investigates the evaluation standards and systems of community built environment at home and abroad,and establishes a suitability evaluation method for the renovation of old neighborhoods based on the con-struction goals of“Future Community”,so as to provide reference for the scientific planning and precise policy im-plementation of the renovation of old neighborhoods.The study selects three typical old neighborhoods in Hangzhou for field research and questionnaire survey,compares the characteristics of different communities,and analyzes the differences of their renovation suitability.Finally,based on the case evaluation results,the study discusses the future direction of community built environment evaluation in the digital transformation.
