叶片精选线高档卷烟原料回潮前处理对选后烟叶水分及造碎的影响

Effect of Moisture Regain Pretreatment of High-grade Cigarette Raw Materials on Moisture Content and Crushing of Selected Tobacco Leaves

为提升叶片精选线高档卷烟原料经人工精选后的成品烟叶质量,降低精选过程造碎,首先对不同烟叶的吸湿特性进行了研究,然后在离线条件下分析了自然回潮温湿度对烟叶水分的影响,最后在线研究了不同分切方式对回潮后烟叶水分和造碎的影响。在回潮温度30℃,相对湿度80%条件下,平衡0~5 h内,烟叶水分急速上升,平衡11 h后烟叶水分达到接近平衡的状态;不同烟叶吸湿特性存在差异,国产烟叶水分增加速率高于进口烟叶。离线条件下,自然回潮的最佳温湿度为温度30℃,相对湿度70%。在线条件下,分块回潮的水分提升效果好于不分块;在温度30℃,相对湿度70%及分2块回潮前处理条件下,选后成品烟叶水分可达到12.50%~13.50%,烟叶造碎降至3.0%以下。研究对叶片精选线高档卷烟原料的自然回潮的宏观调控具有生产指导意义。

In order to improve the quality of finished tobacco leaves after manual selection of high-grade cigarette raw materials in the leaf selection line and reduce the crushing in the selection process,this paper first studied the moisture absorption characteristics of different tobacco leaves,then analyzed the influence of natural moisture regain temperature and humidity on the moisture of tobacco leaves under offline conditions,and finally studied the influence of different cutting methods on the moisture and crushing of tobacco leaves after moisture regain online.Under the condition of moisture regain temperature of 30℃and relative humidity of 80%,the moisture of tobacco leaves increased rapidly within 0~5 h of balance,and reached a state close to balance after 11 h of balance.The moisture absorption characteristics of different tobacco leaves are different,and the water increase rate of domestic tobacco leaves was higher than that of imported tobacco leaves.Under off-line conditions,the optimum temperature and humidity for natural moisture regain was 30℃and 70%relative humidity.Under the condition of on-line,the moisture lifting effect of block moisture regain was better than that of non block moisture regain;Under the conditions of temperature 30℃,relative humidity 70%and pre-treatment of moisture regain in two pieces,the moisture content of finished tobacco leaves can reach 12.50%~13.50%,and the crushing of tobacco leaves could be reduced to less than 3.0%.This study had production guiding significance for the macro-control of natural moisture regain of high-grade cigarette raw materials in leaf selection line.
