摘要
金橘在我国种植范围广、产量大,且具有很高的食用、药用价值。对金橘的化学成分的提取、保鲜、副产品加工技术的近些年研究进展进行综述,通过归纳整理金橘利用现状及存在问题,进一步探索金橘的可行性发展。
Kumquat has a wide range of planting and large output in my country,and has high edible and medicinal value.This paper summarized the research progress of the extraction,preservation and by-product processing technology of the chemical components of kumquat in recent years.
