摘要
基于哈尔滨商业大学食品科学与工程专业人才培养模式的研究,就中外联合人才培养模式、食品科学与工程专业产教融合现状、中外产教融合实践评价体系的构建、产教融合评价体系的意义、中外合作下产教融合模式存在问题等方面进行探讨,以期为食品专业人才培养提供参考。
Based on the research on the talent training mode of food science and engineering specialty in Harbin University of Commerce,this paper discussed the sino foreign joint talent training mode,the current situation of the integration of production and education of food science and engineering specialty,the construction of the practical evaluation system of the integration of production and education of China and foreign countries,the significance of the evaluation system of the integration of production and education.In order to provide reference for the cultivation of food professionals.
