摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对茶叶中乙酯杀螨醇残留量进行测定,建立数学模型分析测定过程中不确定来源,评估各不确定度分量。结果表明,测量不确定度主要来源样品前处理及标准溶液配制。当茶叶中乙酯杀螨醇含量为0.19 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.011 mg/kg,测量不确定度报告:f(x)=0.19±0.011 mg/kg(p=95%,k=2)。
Chlorobenzilate residues in tea were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and a math ematical model was established,the sources of uncertainty in the determination process were analyzed,and each uncertainty component was evaluated.The results showed that the main sources of measurement uncertainty were sample pretreatment and standard solution preparation.When the content of chlorobenzilate in tea was 0.19 mg/kg,its expanded uncertainty was 0.011 mg/kg,the measurement uncertainty was reported:f(x)=0.19±0.011 mg/kg(p=95%,k=2).
