一流本科课程建设背景下“动植物检验检疫学”课程建设初探

在一流本科课程建设的指导意见下,对食品质量与安全专业的“动植物检验检疫学”课程建设进行了探讨。从教学内容重构、课程思政建设与多元化评价方式等方面提出了建设措施,以期为应用型人材培养、食品质量与安全专业其他课程的建设提供参考。

Under the guidance of the“ first-class undergraduate curriculum construction”, the construction of Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine for food quality and safety specialty was discussed. The construction measures of this course were put forward from the aspects of teaching content reconstruction,course ideological and political construction and diversified evaluation methods.
