人感染猕猴α疱疹病毒1型疫情的应急处置

摘要 目的 对中国首例人感染猕猴α疱疹病毒1型疫情进行应急处置,评估发生人感染猕猴α疱疹病毒的风险,为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法 2021年4月19日北京市房山区疾控中心对房山区某单位1例猕猴α疱疹病毒感染病例进行流调,收集临床资料、现场流调资料和实验室核酸测序检测信息,开展应急处置。结果 采样检测猴舍2件环境涂抹样本猕猴α疱疹病毒1型核酸阳性,提示猕猴α疱疹病毒感染死亡病例调查感染来源于饲养猴,为日常职业暴露可能性大。强化监测排查中未出现续发病例。结论 北京市发生了中国首例人感染猕猴α疱疹病毒1型疫情,在饲养猴舍日常生活环境中检测出猕猴α疱疹病毒,饲养猴职业暴露为主要风险来源。应加强农业农村、卫生、动物疫病防治等部门联防联控,制定应急处置方案,提高职业人群防护能力,采取针对性措施防控新发传染病。 Objective To provide emergency response to the first human case of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 infection in China, to evaluate the risk of human infection, and to provide scientific evidence for formulating effective control and prevention measures. Methods Clinical data,field epidemiological investigation data and laboratory nucleic acid sequencing testing information of the human case of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 infection in a unit of Fangshan District were collected to carry out emergency disposal by Fangshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention on April 19, 2021. Results Two environmental smear samples from the cages of macaques were positive for nucleic acid of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1. It was suggested that the death case of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 infection was caused by rearing macaques, which was likely to be daily occupational exposure. No secondary cases occurred during intensive surveillance. Conclusions The first human case of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 infection was reported in Beijing. Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 was detected in the daily living environment of a monkey house, and occupational exposure was the main source of risk. Joint prevention and control of bureau of agriculture and rural affairs, health commission and animal disease prevention and control department should be strengthened, emergency response plans should be formulated, occupational population protection capacity should be improved, and targeted measures should be taken to prevent and control emerging infectious diseases.
