摘要 锅炉运行工况发生变化会引起空预器硫酸氢铵(ABS)堵塞现象。通过对空预器ABS的生成机理进行分析,结合机组目前运行工况论证了设备误差、硫分升高和灰分等因素对ABS沉积的影响,然后应用Radian模型计算得到某空预器ABS沉积边界,并提出降低设备误差、优化配煤和配风、调整吹灰及升温缓解法等防治措施,保证了机组安全运行并提高了经济效益。 The change of boiler operating condition will cause the clog phenomenon of the air preheater ammo-nium bisulfate(ABS).By analyzing the formation mechanism of the air preheater ABS and combining with the cur-rent operating condition of the unit,the influence of equipment error,sulfur content rise and ash content on ABS deposition was demonstrated.The Radian model was used to calculate the ABS deposition boundary of the com-pany's air preheater.The prevention and control measures were presented,such as reducing equipment errors,op-timizing coal mixing and air distribution,adjusting soot blowing and heating mitigation.to ensure the safe opera-tion of the unit and improve economic benefits.
