摘要
针对超超临界火电机组锅炉低低温省煤器在原设计、安装、维护、运行存在的问题及其导致的受热面腐蚀、磨损等问题进行分析,对原低低温省煤器边界参数的选取、管板密封结构、烟气流场、吹灰系统等进行了优化。改造投运后设备运行优良,本文可为同类型机组低低温省煤器的优化改造提供参考。
This paper analyzes the heating surface corrosion and wear caused by problems in the original design,installation,maintenance and operation of the ultra-low temperature economizer in the boiler of ultra-supercritical thermal power unit.In the process of equipment optimization,the boundary parameters were selected,and the tubeplate sealing structure,smoke flow field and soot blowing system were optimized.It has been shown that the equipment runs well after the transformation.It provides reference for the optimization of ultra-low temperature economizer in the same type units.
