关于新疆南疆地区农村污水无害化处理方案的浅见

Brief View on Harmless Treatment Scheme of Rural Sewage in Southern Xinjiang

农村污水无处理且无序排放不仅污染环境、破坏生态,而且危害农牧民身体健康,因此,加快农村污水处理进程,改善农村生态环境,推进国家新农村建设,是科技工作者的重要职责。在调查全国农村污水处理现状后,结合调研新疆南疆偏远地区的情况,因地制宜的提出了三级沉淀及过滤处理方案。本方案采用了深沉+过滤+微生物分解组合工艺技术的农村污水集中处理系统,该系统在保证污水处理效果的同时,也具有结构简单、造价低廉、维护方便、使用寿命较长的特点,具备了污水处理和资源循环利用的双重优势,最终实现农村生活污水的无害化处理。

Untreated and disordered discharge of rural sewage not only pollutes the environment and destroys the ecology,but also endangers the health of farmers and herdsmen.Therefore,it is an important responsibility of scientific and technological workers to speed up the process of rural sewage treatment,so as to improve the rural ecological environment and promote the construction of national new countryside.After the investigation of the current situation of the national rural sewage treatments,combined with the investigation of the remote areas in southern Xinjiang,the three-level precipitation and filtration treatment scheme was put forward according to the local conditions,in which combination technology of deep precipitation,filtration,microbial decomposition was used as rural sewage centralized treatment system.The system not only guaranteed the sewage treatment effect,but also had the characteristics of of simple structure,low cost,convenient maintenance and long service life.It had the dual advantages of sewage treatment and resource recycling,and finally realized the harmless treatment of rural domestic sewage.
