全程细节护理模式对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effects of Whole-course Detailed Nursing Mode on Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的 探究全程细节护理模式对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选择医院门诊2021年6月至2022年10月接诊的85例肺结核患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组(43例)采用常规护理,研究组(42例)采用全程细节护理模式,对比两组心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分差异可忽略(P> 0.05),护理后,研究组患者焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组(t=33.941、26.253,P <0.05);护理前,两组生活质量评分差异可忽略(P> 0.05),护理后,研究组物质生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(t=46.605、18.959、18.121、13.043,P <0.05);研究组护理满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(79.07%)(χ^(2)=4.930,P <0.05)。结论 门诊肺结核患者护理过程中实施全程细节护理模式,能够有效改善患者焦虑情绪,抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量,使患者更加认可门诊护理服务。

Objective To explore the effect of whole-course detailed nursing mode on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with tuberculosis. Methods A total of 85 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis received in the hospital outpatient department from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group(43 cases)adopted routine nursing and the study group(42 cases) adopted the whole-course detailed nursing mode. Results Before nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups could be ignored(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=33.941, 26.253, P<0.05). Before nursing, the quality of life score similar between the two groups can ignore(P>0.05), after nursing, the team state of material life, physical function, psychological function, social function score were higher than the control group(t=46.605, 18.959, 18.121, 13.043, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group washigher than that of the control group(95.24% vs. 79.07%)(χ^(2)=4.930, P<0.05). Conclusion The whole-course detailed nursing mode implemented in the nursing process of outpatient tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, make patients more recognized outpatient nursing services.
