盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的价值研究

Study on the Value of Sertraline Hydrochloride Combined with Agomelatine in the Treatment of Depression with Insomnia

目的 评价抑郁症伴失眠患者采用盐酸舍曲林、阿戈美拉汀联合治疗的效果。方法 选择医院在2019年3月至2022年3月就诊的180例抑郁症伴失眠患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各为90例,对照组行盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组则行盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗,将两组抑郁症伴失眠患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组治疗2、4、6、8周后的HAMA评分低于对照组及治疗前(P <0.05)。观察组治疗4、6、8周后PSQI评分低于对照组及治疗前(P <0.05)。观察组治疗8周后MDA低于对照组及治疗前,SOD高于对照组及治疗前(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应(乏力、眩晕、多汗、头痛、恶心)发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 抑郁症伴失眠患者采用盐酸舍曲林、阿戈美拉汀联合治疗的效果显著,可以显著提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined treatment of Sertraline hydrochloride and agomelatine in patients with depression and insomnia. Methods A total of 180 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method: 90 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride and the observation group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients with depression and insomnia were compared. Results HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2,4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05). The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 4, 6 and 8 weeks(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions(fatigue, dizziness, hyperhidrosis, headache, nausea) in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Sertraline hydrochloride and agomelatine for patients with depression and insomnia has significant effects, which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients, and is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
