丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死患者的效果

Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsule Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的 分析脑梗死(CI)患者治疗中联合运用丁苯酚软胶囊与阿托伐他汀钙片所获得的效果。方法 将2021年6月至2022年6月作为试验对象选取时间,随机于CI患者中抽取106例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,给予对照组53例患者实施阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组53例患者实施阿托伐他汀钙片+丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。结果 所有患者治疗前神经功能、日常生活能力与血流情况均无差异(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率(98.1%)显著优于对照组(86.8%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组神经功能(8.52±1.33)、日常生活能力(76.87±5.02)、MCA侧支循环血流速度(35.23±4.06)、缺血区域脑血流量(42.03±4.60)评分均显著优于对照组的(16.82±1.40)、(52.33±4.69)、(20.54±3.29)、(33.59±3.92),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗CI的效果较为理想,有助于患者病情的更好控制与恢复。

Objective To analyze the effects of the combination of bulipol soft capsule and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction(CI). Methods A total of 106 patients with CI were randomly selected from June 2021 to June 2022 as experimental subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 53 patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, and 53 patients in the observation group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets + butylphthalide soft capsule. Results There were no differences in nerve function, daily living ability and blood flow in all patients before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.1%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(86.8%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Neurological function(8.52±1.33), ability of daily living(76.87±5.02), MCA collateral circulation velocity(35.23±4.06), cerebral blood flow in ischemic area(42.03±4.60) scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(16.82±1.40),(52.33±4.69),( 20.54±3.29),(33.59±3.92), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets are ideal in the treatment of CI, which is conducive to better control and recovery of patients’ condition.
