维生素D及钙剂对绝经后2型糖尿病患者骨代谢指标影响的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Vitamin D and Calcium on Bone Metabolism Markers in Postmenopausal Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的 对绝经后2型糖尿病患者采取维生素D及钙剂治疗后骨代谢指标的影响效果进行分析。方法 从我院2018年9月至2019年9月选取68例绝经后2型糖尿病患者,根据入院顺序随机分组,其中17例仅给予单纯的降糖治疗(对照组),17例单纯应用钙剂(补钙组),17例仅应用维生素D(维生素组),剩余17例钙剂+维生素D(联合组)。对比4种临床治疗方法的应用效果。结果联合组治疗后各项生化指标(ALT、Cr、Ca、P、ALP)比对照组、补钙组、维生素组有明显的改善,P <0.05;经肌力测试后联合组的左右手握力以及站立试验时间均较高,P <0.05。联合组的骨代谢水平改善效果较对照组、维生素组、补钙组更好,P <0.05。结论 对绝经后2型糖尿病患者采取维生素D联合钙剂治疗后能够有效改善患者的各项血生化指标,同时能够提高肌力,临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of bone metabolic indexes in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients after taking vitamin D and calcium therapy. Methods Sixty-eight cases of postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients were selected from our hospital during September 2018-September 2019 and randomly grouped according to the order of admission, of which 17 cases were given only simple glucose-lowering therapy(control group), 17 cases applied calcium alone(calcium supplementation group), 17 cases applied vitamin D only(vitamin group), and the remaining 17 cases calcium + vitamin D(combined group). The effects of the four clinical treatments were compared. Results After treatment, the biochemical indexes(ALT, Cr, Ca, P, ALP) of the combined group showed significant improvement compared with the control group, calcium supplementation group and vitamin group, P<0.05;the left and right hand grip strength and standing test time were higher in the combined group after muscle strength test, P<0.05. The improvement of bone metabolism level in the combined group was better than that in the control group, vitamin group and calcium supplementation group, P<0.05. Conclusion The treatment of postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients with vitamin D combined with calcium can effectively improve all blood biochemical indexes of the patients, and at the same time can improve muscle strength, with significant clinical efficacy.
