血凝四项在不同妊娠期妇女中的指标变化及临床诊断价值

Changes of Four Indexes of Blood Coagulation in Women at Different Pregnancy Periods and Their Clinical Diagnostic Value

目的 分析不同妊娠阶段女性血凝四项变化情况,为孕期检测工作提供参考。方法 选择我院2019年6月至2020年3月的早期、中期、晚期不同妊娠期的妊娠女性130例为观察组,并选择同期的130例健康体检的非孕期女性为对照组行血凝四项检查。研究经伦理委员会审核批准,参与者对研究内容知情同意。比较两组受试女性的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)4项凝血指标检测结果。结果 经统计学计算,对照组与观察组组内早期妊娠组的四项指标检测结果比较数据差异无显著性(P> 0.05),观察组组内中期妊娠组、晚期妊娠组PT、APTT、TT指标水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),而FIB水平明显高于早期妊娠组与对照组(P <0.05)。结论 妊娠是女性所处的特殊阶段,会随着孕妇妊娠时间的延长发生血凝状态,进而增加血栓类并发症风险。所以,需重视妊娠阶段的血凝四项检查,以了解孕妇的血凝状况,积极预防并发症问题,保障母婴安全性。

Objective To analyze the four changes of female blood coagulation at different stages of pregnancy, and to provide reference for the detection of pregnancy. Methods One hundred and thirty pregnant women with different pregnancy periods in the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 130 non-pregnant women who received health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group The ethics committee reviewed and approved, and the participants had informed consent. Four blood coagulation tests were performed. Compare the prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(FIB) of the two groups of women tested) test results. Results According to statistical calculations, there is no significant difference between the four index detection results of the early pregnancy observation group and the control group,(P>0.05).The PT, APTT, and TT indicators of the mid-pregnancy group and the late-pregnancy group in the observation group the level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), and the FIB level was significantly higher than the early pregnancy group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy is a special stage for women. As the pregnancy time of pregnant women is prolonged, the blood coagulation state will occur,which will increase the risk of thrombotic complications. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the four blood coagulation examinations during pregnancy to understand the blood coagulation status of pregnant women, actively prevent complications and ensure the safety of mothers and babies.
