耳穴压丸配合中药治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressure Pills with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的 分析耳穴压丸配合中药治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效及其改善效果。方法 此次研究初始时间为2019年11月,截止时间为2021年5月,抽取该时间段内到本院接受治疗的胃食管反流患者85例作为研究对象。中医辨证均属于脾虚气滞血瘀型。按照随机抓阄法分为两组,其中43例患者采取耳穴压丸配合内服中药治疗,为治疗组,余下42例采取内服中药治疗,为对照组。结果治疗组患者烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛、反流的临床积分改善效果明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组、对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为97.67%和88.10%,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组患者胃动素、血清胃泌素、P物质、血管活性肠肽的整体胃肠激素指标改善效果均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在耳穴压丸配合中药治疗GERD的临床应用中,患者的各项症状改善效果得到了显著提升,在增强患者临床疗效的同时,患者的胃肠功能也得到了较好的恢复。

Objective The clinical efficacy and improvement effect of auricular pressure pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease were analyzed Methods The initial period of the study was November 2019, and the deadline was May 2021. A total of 85 gastroesophageal reflux patients were selected. All of them belong to the type of spleen deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis in Chinese medicine. They were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method, among which 43 patients were treated by ear acupoint pressure pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine as the treatment group, and the remaining 42 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine as the control group. Results The clinical scores of heartburn, acid reflux, retrosternal pain and reflux in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of patients in the treatment group and control group was 97.67% and 88.10%, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical application of ear acupoint pressure pills and traditional Chinese medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease, the improvement effect of patients’ symptoms has been significantly improved. While enhancing its clinical efficacy, patients’ gastrointestinal function has also been well restored.
