带状疱疹护理中辨证施护对缓解疼痛的应用效果浅析

Discussion on the Relieving Effect of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on the Pain of Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的 试验将采用中医辨证护理对带状疱疹患者进行临床病情改善,进一步缓解疼痛度,提升治疗疗效。方法 试验选取了2019年1月至2019年7月收治的带状疱疹患者作为研究的对象。通过回顾式分析对82例患者采用数字随机分组法,以公平性开展为前提进行分组调查。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为中医辨证治疗,分析临床治疗疗效。结果 从护理质量上看,对照组患者在止疱时间、镇痛时间、结痂时间、后遗神经痛持续时间分别为(4.62±0.90)d、(6.78±1.33)d、(7.69±1.85)d、(11.66±2.28)d;观察组为(3.21±0.55)d、(5.11±1.05)d、(5.87±1.25)d、(8.42±1.35)d,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在住院时间的对比中,观察组为(6.92±1.25)d,对照组则为(8.51±1.69)d,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在总疗效率上,观察组为92.68%,对照组则为80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者在舒适状态量表(GCO)评估结果优于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在护理满意度的调查上,观察组患者的满意度为观察组患者的满意度为95.12%,明显优于对照组的85.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用中医辨证护理对带状疱疹患者进行病情缓解,遵循清肝泻火、活血化瘀的原则,并在饮食、用药上均辨证对待,从而提升治疗疗效,改善疼痛度问题,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To improve the clinical condition of patients with herpes zoster by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing, further relieve the pain and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods From January 2019 to July 2019, patients with herpes zoster were selected as the study object. Through retrospective analysis, 82 patients were randomly divided into groups to investigate on the premise of fairness. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures, while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectically. Results In terms of nursing quality, the time of blister stopping, pain relieving, scab forming and sequelae neuralgia in the control group were(4.62±0.90) d,(6.78±1.33) d,(7.69±1.85) d,(11.66±2.28) d, respectively, and those in the observation group were(3.21±0.55) d,(5.11±1.05) d,(5.87±1.25) d, and(8.42±1.35) d. There were significant differences between the two groups statistical significance(P<0.05).In the comparison of hospitalization time, the observation group was(6.92±1.25) d and the control group was(8.51±1.69) d, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the total treatment efficiency, the observation group was 92.68%, the control group was 80.49%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the survey of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.12%,significantly better than 85.37% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing can alleviate the condition of patients with herpes zoster, follow the principle of clearing liver and reducing fire,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and treat them according to syndrome differentiation in diet and medication, so as to improve the therapeutic effect and pain degree, which has clinical value.
