茶树全光照喷雾扦插影响因素研究进展

摘要 茶树(Camellia sinensis L.)是我国重要的经济作物之一,茶苗快速繁殖是茶树良种繁育企业快速应对市场,解决茶农对种苗迫切需求的重要途径。近年来,全光照喷雾扦插在茶树快速育苗中得到广泛关注。文章归纳了在全光照喷雾育苗条件下影响茶树扦插生根的内在因素(内源激素、营养物质、酶活性、酚类物质等)和外在因素(外源激素、光照、温度、水分、基质等)及其作用,以期为茶树全光照喷雾扦插技术发展提供理论支持,同时也为茶树快速育苗的进一步研究提供一定参考。 Tea(Camellia sinensis L.)is one of the most important commercial plants in China,so the rapid propagation of tea seedlings is an important way for the enterprises involved in the breeding of tea seedlings to quickly respond to the market,as well as,for farmers to solve the urgent needs of tea seedlings.In recent years,full illumination spray cutting propagation is widely applied in the rapid propagation of tea seedlings.Based on the domestic and foreign research,this paper summarized the effects of internal factors(endogenous hormones,nutrients,enzyme activities,phenolic substances,etc.)and external factors(exogenous hormones,light,temperature,water,substrate,etc.)on the formation of adventitious roots under the condition of full illumination spray.A comprehensive study on the internal and external factors of full illumination spray cutting of Camellia sinensis would provide theoretical reference and technical support for improving the technology of full illumination spray cutting and accelerating the seedling rate.
