摘要
从同步激励理论出发,可以发现某些高校在发展基层党建工作激励机制构建的过程中存在着激励主体内在动力不够、激励方式有待优化、激励内容尚需完善等现实困境,故高校基层党建工作激励机制构建需要以同步激励理论为基础,多管齐下,激发激励客体内生动力;内塑主体,加强高校基层党建工作队伍建设;凸显内容,强化党建评价工作等三个维度进行进一步优化,以增强其战斗堡垒作用。
Starting from the synchronous motivation theory, it can be found that there are practical difficulties in the process of developing the motivate mechanism of the primary-level Party building in some colleges and universities, such as insufficient internal motivation of the incentive subject, the incentive method to be optimized, and the incentive content to be improved. Therefore, the construction of the motivate mechanism of primary-level Party building in colleges and universities needs to be based on the synchronous motivation theory. Three dimensions are further optimized to enhance its role as a battle fortress: stimulate the internal motivation of the incentive object through a multi-pronged approach, reinforce the construction of primary-level Party building team in colleges and universities by building inner qualities and strengthen the evaluation of party building by highlighting the content.
