裸置海底管道在扰动力下的整体屈曲分析

摘要 为了解决裸置海底管道因为横向屈曲而受损的问题,通过建立新的带枕木的管道模型,分析先隆起后横向的屈曲模式中的管道长度和径厚比等敏感参数的影响。分析结果表明:随着管道长度的增加,临界屈曲温度达到恒定时,位移和轴力仍然变化。径厚比对管道临界温度影响较小,对轴力的影响较大。研究工作为海底管道长度和径厚比的选取提供了理论依据和设计参考。 In order to solve the problem of damage caused by lateral buckling of bare submarine pipelines, by establishing a new pipe model with sleepers, the influence of sensitive parameters such as pipe length and diameter-thickness ratio in the buckling mode after uplift and then transverse is analyzed. The analysis results show that with the increase of pipe length, when the critical buckling temperature reaches a constant temperature, the displacement and axial force still change. The diameter to thickness ratio has less influence on the critical temperature of the pipeline than the mouth, and has a greater influence on the axial force. The research work provides a theoretical basis and design reference for the selection of length and diameter-thickness ratio of submarine pipelines.
