摘要
为解决后疫情时代本科生生产实习中传统CAPP实验课程难以开展的现状,满足企业对智能化工艺设计的需求,使课程内容更具综合性、实践性和应用性,建立了涵盖智能加工制造及装配过程的新CAPP实验课程体系。新体系丰富、拓展了课程内容,通过融合多种教学方法,与校内生产实习基地相结合,实现了虚实结合、现地现物。最后通过实验教学的探索和实践,验证了该课程实验体系和内容的可行性。
In order to solve the current situation that traditional CAPP experimental course is difficult to carry out in the production practice of undergraduates in the post-epidemic(COVID-19) era, to meet the needs of enterprises for intelligent process planning, and to make the course more comprehensive, practical and applicable, it establishes a new CAPP experimental course system covering the intelligent manufacturing and assembly process to enrich and expand the course content and integrate a variety of teaching methods. Combined with the production practice base, the combination of virtuality and reality, Genchi Genbutsu, through the exploration and practice of experimental teaching, it verifies the feasibility of the experimental course system and the course content.
