摘要
通过采用动电位极化曲线法(PDP)和阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学技术研究了多潘立酮作为典型X60管线钢在1 M HCl溶液中的缓蚀剂,同时采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其表面形貌进行表征及对比。结果表明,多潘立酮对X60管线钢在强酸环境下具有良好的缓蚀性能。在25℃、多潘立酮浓度为800 mg/L的条件下,电化学阻抗谱法测得其最佳缓蚀率为90.2%。电位动态极化研究表明,多潘立酮具有混合型抑制剂的功能。
The corrosion inhibitor of typical X60 pipeline steel was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization curve(PDP) and impedance spectroscopy(EIS), and the surface morphology was characterized and compared by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that domperidone has good corrosion inhibition performance on X60 pipeline steel under a strong acid environment. Under the condition of 25 ℃ and 800 mg/L domperidone concentration, the best inhibition rate was 90.2 % by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The potential dynamic polarization study shows that domperidone has the function of a mixed inhibitor.
