重铬酸钾容量法测定广东省部分地区土壤中有机质含量的研究

Study on Determination of Organic Matter Content in Soil in Some Areas of Guangdong Province by Potassium Dichromate Volumetric Method

土壤有机质是指土壤中以各种形式存在的含碳有机化合物,是评价土壤养分的重要指标。本文用重铬酸钾容量法来测定广东省部分地区土壤中有机质含量,并对测定结果的进行分析探讨。研究发现广东省内的软土的有机质含量,其数据范围相对集中在1%~2%和2%~3%这两个区域,而且,地区靠近海边的有机质含量相对较高。此研究为实验室长期从事大量样品中有机质测定的提供参考。

Soil organic matter refers to the carbon containing organic compounds in various forms in the soil, which is an important index to evaluate soil nutrients. In this paper, potassium dichromate volumetric method was used to determine the content of organic matter in soil in some areas of Guangdong Province,and the results were analyzed and discussed. It is found that the data range of organic matter content of soft soil in Guangdong Province is relatively concentrated in 1%~2 % and 2 %~3 %, and the organic matter content near the sea is relatively high. This study provides a reference for the laboratory to determine the organic matter in a large number of samples for a long time.
