新工科背景下应用型本科高校化学化工虚拟仿真实验教学体系的构建 被引量:8

摘要 新工科背景下,应用型本科院校培养的化学与化工类专业学生要求具有较强的工程实践能力。化学与化工类专业的实验实训因涉及化学品有毒有害、工业化装置高温高压、连续化等特点,在实验实训过程中会存在问题和风险,引入虚拟仿真实验教学是解决这一问题的有效手段之一。构建了适合应用型本科高校人才培养的“三层次、五模块、四结合”虚拟仿真实验教学体系,对于培养学生的实践能力具有显著的优势,提高了学生的动手操作能力、工程设计能力以及创新能力,对新工科背景下应用型本科高校化学化工虚拟仿真实验室的建设具有十分重要的借鉴意义。 Under the background of new engineering, students majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering in application-oriented undergraduate colleges are required to have strong engineering practice ability. The experimental training of chemistry and chemical engineering majors will have problems and risks in the process of experimental training due to the characteristics of toxic and harmful chemicals, high temperature and high pressure of industrial devices, and continuity.The introduction of virtual simulation experiment teaching was one of the effective means to solve this problem. The “three-level, five-module and four-combination” virtual simulation experiment teaching system suitable for talent training in application-oriented universities was constructed, which has significant advantages in cultivating students’ practical ability, improving students’ hands-on ability, engineering design ability and innovation ability. It has very important reference significance for the construction of virtual simulation laboratory for chemistry and chemical engineering in application-oriented universities under the background of new engineering.
