有机实验教学中的应用与实践——以可见光催化烯烃双官能团化综合性实验为例 被引量:2

摘要 有机化学实验是化学、生物学类本科生深入了解有机化学这一实验性学科的重要手段,通过前沿性、趣味性、创新性的实验教学设计,能够最大限度的培养学生的科学思维以及科研兴趣。可见光催化具有反应高效、清洁、条件温和等诸多优点。近些年以来,可见光催化在有机合成领域得到广泛应用。但将可见光催化反应用于本科生实验教学的案例却很少。目的通过以前沿科学研究为切入点,将其与融入实验教学中,进一步开拓大学生知识视野、树立绿色发展理念和环保意识。本文通过将可见光催化反应引入课堂教学实践,以对甲苯磺酰氯与1,1-二苯基乙烯的自由基反应为载体,让绿色、高效的有机化学实验成为现实,帮助学生对当前最新科研动态进行了解,丰富其知识领域,培养了科研创新思维、实践操作和分析解决问题的能力。 Organic chemistry experiment is an important strategy for chemistry and biology undergraduates to deeply understand the experimental subject of organic chemistry. Through cutting-edge, interesting and innovative experimental teaching design, students’ scientific thinking and scientific research interest can be maximized. Visible light catalysis has a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, clean, mild conditions and so on. In recent years, visible light catalysis has been widely used in organic synthesis. However, there are few cases of using visible light catalytic reaction in undergraduate experimental teaching. Through building the concept of green development and environmental protection awareness by integrating scientific research into experimental teaching, college students’ knowledge vision could be expanded. By introducing visible light catalytic reaction into classroom teaching practice, this paper uses the green and efficient free radical reaction between p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and 1,1-diphenylethylene, helping students understand the latest scientific research trends, enrich their knowledge fields, and cultivate innovative thinking, practical operation, and ability to analyze and solve problems.
