摘要
银纳米线拥有金属银本身良好的导电、导热性能,还具有特殊的物理化学性质,广泛应用于触摸屏、加热器、太阳能电池、拉曼检测。银纳米线制备工艺的优化是银纳米线应用推广的基础。本文基于乙二醇法系统研究不同制备工艺对银纳米线的影响,通过不断调节离子助剂种类和浓度,得到优化的大长径比、质量好的银纳米线具体工艺,研究表明使用Cu(NO_(3))_(2)作为离子助剂制备银纳米线,相对CuCl_(2)效果要好,得到的银纳米线长径比较大,分布也比较均匀。离子助剂浓度为50μmol/L时得到的效果最佳,长径比最高可达980,本研究结果为银纳米线的工艺优化提供实验参考。
Silver nanowires have good conductivity and thermal conductivity of metal silver,and also have special physical and chemical properties.They are widely used in touch screens,heaters,solar cells,and Raman detection.The optimization of the preparation process of silver nanowires is the basis for the application and promotion of silver nanowires.Based on the glycol method,this paper systematically studies the influence of different preparation processes on silver nanowires.By constantly adjusting the concentration of ionic aids,and type of ionic aids,an optimized specific process of silver nanowires with large aspect ratio and good quality is obtained.The research shows that using Cu(NO_(3))_(2)as the ionic aids to prepare silver nanowires is better than CuCl_(2),and the resulting silver nanowires have large aspect ratio and relatively uniform distribution.The research results show that when the concentration of ionic assistant is 50μmol/L,silver nanowire solution has high quality with aan aspect ratio of 980.The results of this study provide experimental reference for the process optimization of silver nanowire.
