摘要
铅基合金在铅酸电池、电缆合金等领域具有重要的用途,是一种重要的工业原料。在实际应用过程中,其微观组织及结构对性能表现具有重要的影响。本文以铅-锡-锑三元合金为研究对象,在稳定铅、锡元素含量的情况下,通过显微镜学、力学手段,探究锑元素对铅基护套合金显微结构以及力学性能的影响;并通过热力学手段,探讨合金凝固成型机制。构建含锑铅基合金结构与性能之间的关系,有望指导含锑铅基护套合金的工业生产及实际应用。
Leadalloys have important applications in many fields such as lead acid battery,and cable,etc.The microstructure of the lead alloys usually has important influence on their practical applications.In this paper,Pb-Sn-Sb trinary alloys are employed as targets,while the microstructure and mechanical properties of the effects of Sb on the alloys were studied by microscopy and mechanical methods.The solidification mechanism of the alloys has been studied by using thermodynamic method.The relationship between the alloy structure and performance is constructed,which is expected to guide the industrial production of these lead-based alloys.
