阻燃ABS多相聚酯合金的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了阻燃ABS/PC/PBT合金中增韧剂、聚酯以及ABS对合金机械性能、流动性的影响。结果表明,自制的SBG的增韧效果最好,PC粘度变化对合金机械性能影响不大,只对流动性有影响,PBT粘度变化对合金的韧性有明显影响,对流动性影响较小,低粘PC与中粘PBT复配,合金综合性能最佳;不同种类ABS对合金的机械性能影响不大,当合金中ABS添加量逐渐增加时,材料的拉伸强度逐渐降低,缺口冲击则先增大后减小,在添加量为20~30 wt%时最优。扫描电子显微镜照片显示,该阻燃ABS多相聚酯合金的各相分散效果良好。 The effects of toughening agent,polyester and ABS on the mechanical properties,fluidity of the flame retardant ABS/PC/PBT alloy were studied.The results show that the toughening effect of the self-made SBG is the best.The change of PC viscosity has little effect on the mechanical properties,but only on the fluidity.The change of PBT viscosity has a significant effect on the toughness,but has little effect on the fluidity.The blend of low-viscous PC and middle-viscous PBT has the best comprehensive properties.Different types of ABS have little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy.With the increase of ABS content in the alloy,the tensile strength decreases gradually,the notch impact increases first and then decreases,reaching its peak value at 20~30 wt%.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)picture shows that the flame retardant ABS multi-phase polyester alloy has good dispersion effect.
