摘要
橙酮是黄酮的结构异构体,含有连接苯并呋喃酮和苯环的外环碳-碳双键,在植物的色素沉着中起着重要作用。并且,橙酮是药物化学中的一种特殊结构,通常与各种药理活性化合物有关,而受到化学家和药物化学工作者的关注。羟醛缩合是合成橙酮类化合物最常用的方法之一。本文讨论了在合成橙酮类化合物的过程中所用到的羟醛缩合反应,对反应条件进行了进一步的探索,并利用所建立的方法合成了其他具有生物活性的橙酮化合物,这将有助于更深入和全面的研究该类化合物生物活性和构效关系研究。本文报道的羟醛缩合对进一步相关类似的合成研究奠定基础。
Aurone is structural isomers of flavones,which contain an exocyclic carbon-carbon double bond bridging the benzofuranone and phenyl rings,and plays a significant role in the pigmentation of the plant.Moreover,aurone is a special structure in pharmaceutical chemistry,which is usually related to various pharmacological active compounds.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of more and more chemists and pharmaceutical chemists.Aldol condensation is one of the most attractive synthetic methods to synthesis aurones.In this paper,the aldol condensation reaction used in the synthesis of aurone was discussed,the reaction conditions were further explored,and other bioactive aurone was synthesized using the established method,which will help to study the biological properties and structure-activity relationship of this kind of compounds more deeply and comprehensively.The aldol condensation reported in this paper is also lays a foundation for further related and similar synthetic research.
