摘要
为保障城市更新时土地再开发利用过程中人居环境的健康安全,对粤港澳大湾区原汽修厂地块进行了开发前的土壤污染状况初步调查。调查结果表明:在第一类建设用地规划下,场地内部分土壤点位的镍以及部分地下水点位的氨氮、锰、总大肠菌群存在超标情况。后续需要根据场地情况以及城市更新进度安排来明确是否进行下一步的详细调查和风险评估工作,以及污染地块风险管控或治理修复工作。
In order to ensure the health and safety of human settlement environment in the process of land redevelopment and utilization during urban renewal,the soil pollution status of the former garage plot in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was investigated before development.Investigation results show that under the first class construction land planning,the nickel in some soil sites and the ammonia nitrogen,manganese and total coliform in some groundwater sites exceeded the standard.In the follow-up,it is necessary to determine whether to carry out further detailed investigation and risk assessment,as well as risk control or treatment and restoration of contaminated plots according to the site situation and urban renewal schedule.
