交通事件下高速公路速度诱导策略影响分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Impact of Speed Induction Strategies under Freeway Traffic Incidents

摘要 交通事件的发生会使得高速公路的运行效率和安全性明显降低,高速公路速度诱导策略在高速公路主线控制中能有效稳定交通流波动,提升效率和安全。针对交通事件发生后速度诱导策略,利用交通仿真技术模拟高速公路运行并发生交通事件,通过仿真输入不同的交通量大小和速度诱导策略,获取车辆行驶轨迹分析车辆在发生交通事件后的运行变化。结果表明,事件发生后采用速度诱导方案对通过的流量可提升2%,降低了车道间的速度差和车道内的速度差,有效提升了车辆运行的安全性。研究结果对高速公路交通事件发生后的管理有一定的参考价值。 The occurrence of traffic incidents will make the expressway operation efficiency and safety significantly reduced, while the speed induced strategy in the expressway mainline control can effectively stabilize the fluctuation of traffic flow and improve efficiency and safety. For the speed induced strategy after the occurrence of traffic incidents, the traffic simulation technology is used to simulate the operation of the highway and the occurrence of traffic incidents, and the changes in the operation of vehicles after the occurrence of traffic incidents are analyzed by simulating the input of different traffic volume and speed induced strategies and obtaining vehicle trajectories. The results show that the speed induction scheme is used after the incident to improve the through traffic by only 2%, which reduces the speed difference between lanes and within lanes and effectively improves the safety of vehicle operation. The findings can provide some reference for the management of highway after traffic incidents.
