中频电加温中药透入治疗慢性盆腔炎的康复干预研究

Research of rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the of traditional Chinese medicine penetration by intermediate frequency electric heating

目的分析中频电加温中药透入治疗慢性盆腔炎的康复干预疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年4月该院收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组加入中频电加温中药透入治疗。比较两组疗效及血生化指标的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前各血生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后丙二醛、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频电加温中药透入治疗慢性盆腔炎,有助于减轻炎性反应及氧化应激反应,提高患者的临床疗效,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation intervention effect of the traditional Chinese medicine penetration with intermediate frequency electric heating in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in thas hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine penetration with intermediate frequency electric heating.The curative effect and changes of blood biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application in the treatment of chronic pellvic inflammatory disease of the traditional Chinese medicine penetration with intermediate frequency electric heating,which can help to reduce inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress reaction,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and can be widely applied.
