糖尿病合并认知功能障碍的研究进展

Research progress in diabetes mellitus complicated with cognitive dysfunction

糖尿病(DM)是一种常见且常伴有严重并发症的全球性疾病。DM患病率的增加给患者、家庭和社会带来巨大的心理和经济压力。越来越多的研究发现,DM可能提高认知功能障碍的发生率。DM合并认知功能障碍已成为全球主要的健康挑战,越来越引起人们的重视。该综述对DM合并认知功能障碍的最新进展进行总结,从高血糖及晚期糖基化终产物、低血糖、血糖波动、二肽基肽酶Ⅳ、胰高血糖素样肽1及涉及的小胶质细胞、调节性T细胞等多方面出发,揭示DM诱发认知功能障碍可能的发病机制,为早期发现与诊治DM合并认知功能障碍提供参考。

Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a common global disease with serious complications.With the increase of DM prevalence,it brings great psychological and economic pressure to patients,families and the society.More and more studies have found that DM may increase the incidence of cognitive dysfunction.DM complicated with cognitive dysfunction has become a major global health challenge,which has attracted more and more attention.The review aimed to summarize the latest progress of DM complicated with cognitive dysfunction,revealed the possible pathogenesis of DM induced cognitive dysfunction from the aspects of hyperglycemia and advanced glycation end products,hypoglycemia,blood glucose fluctuation,dipeptide peptidase IV,glucagon-like peptide-1 and involved microglia,regulatory T cells,and provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of DM complicated with cognitive dysfunction.
