中药治疗崩漏的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with traditional Chinese Medicine

崩漏是妇科常见病,出血失去控制不仅影响患者正常生活,还会引发其他功能性或器质性疾病。崩漏的病机主要为冲任损伤,病因归于虚、热、瘀,其发展规律始于阴阳失衡,终于气虚不固,痰瘀始终存在。中药治崩与时俱进不断传承和创新,治疗方式分为辨证论治、脏腑论治、周期论治、年龄分治、经方验方治疗等,临床中不仅可以有效止血,还可以通过对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的调节,治疗闭经、卵巢功能早衰、不孕等疾病之本。若能精准用药可起到事半功倍的效果,所以对其病因病机的掌握和选方用药的细致学习十分必要。笔者通过对近10年文献进行总结,从病因病机发展规律及中药治疗两个方面进行阐述,以供中医治疗新思路。

Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common gynecological disease.Uncontrollable bleeding not only affects the normal life of patients,but also will cause other functional or organic diseases.Its pathogenesis is mainly injury of Chong and Ren channels,which is caused by deficiency,heat and blood stasis.Its development law starts from the imbalance of yin and yang,and ends with unsteadiness of qi and consistency and pervasiveness of phlegm and blood stasis.The treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with traditional Chinese medicine has been continuously inherited and innovated with the times.The treatment methods can be divided into treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treatment based on zang and fu internal organs,treatment based on cycle,treatment based on age division,and treatment based on proven prescriptions,etc.In clinical practice,it can not only stop bleeding effectively,but also cure amenorrhea,premature ovarian failure,infertility and other diseases fundamentally by regulating the hypothalamus pituitary ovary axis.If medicated accurately,it can achieve twice the result with half the effort,therefore,it is necessary to master the etiology and pathogenesis and cautiously study the selection of prescription and medication.The author summarizes the literature in recent 10 years,expounds the development law of etiology and pathogenesis and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine so as to provide new options for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
