螺口类物资在血液净化中注药安全性观察与研究

Observation and study on the safety of screw-type materials injection in blood purification

目的探讨螺口类物资在血液净化中的注药安全性。方法选取2021年10月至2022年3月南昌市第三医院血透室使用传统平口类物资在血液净化中注入药物的50例血液透析患者作为对照组,另选取2022年4月至9月南昌市第三医院血透室使用螺口类物资在血液净化中注入药物的50例血液透析患者作为观察组。比较两种不同物资在血液净化过程中注入药物时的不良事件(主要包括连接口或管口松脱、漏血、漏液等)发生情况,并比较两组的医疗纠纷及经济损失率、患者对注药的满意度。结果观察组患者注入药物时的管口松脱、管口漏血、管口漏液发生率及不良事件总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的经济损失发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化过程中使用螺口类物资注射药物能够有效降低不良事件发生率,提高血液净化过程注入药物的安全性,且利于提高患者的满意度,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the safety of screw-type materials injection in blood purification.Methods From October 2021 to March 2022,50 hemodialysis patients who used traditional flat-mouth materials to inject drugs into blood purification in the hemodialysis room of Nanchang Third Hospital were selected as the control group.In addition,50 hemodialysis patients who were injected with drugs using screw-type materials in blood purification from the hemodialysis room of Nanchang Third Hospital from April to September 2022 were selected as the observation group.The occurrence of adverse events(mainly including looseness of connection or nozzle,blood leakage,liquid leakage,etc.)of two different materials when injected into the blood purification process was compared,and the rates of medical disputes,economic loss rate and patients'satisfaction with drug injection were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of orifice loosening,orifice blood and humor leakage and the total incidence of adverse events of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of economic loss between the two group(P>0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of blood purification,the use of screw-type materials for injection can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the safety of injection drugs in the process of blood purification,and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
