摘要
目的探索失眠患者实施正念减压疗法对于焦虑抑郁的临床有效性。方法选取2021年1月至12月北京回龙观医院精神科收治的68例失眠患者作为研究对象,按照抽签方法分为对照组(34例)与研究组(34例),对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用正念减压疗法。比较治疗前后两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、阿森斯失眠量表评分。结果治疗前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者阿森斯失眠量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后阿森斯失眠量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后阿森斯失眠量表评分低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于失眠患者实施正念减压疗法,减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪,患者身心保持在放松的状态,主动配合治疗实施,睡眠质量也显著提升。
Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy for insomnia patients with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 68 patients with insomnia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Beijing Huilongguan Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the study group(34 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy.The scores of anxiety,depression and Athens insomnia scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of Athens insomnia scale between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of Assens insomnia scale in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Assens insomnia scale in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy for insomnia patients can reduce anxiety and depression,keep the patients in a relaxed state,actively cooperate with the implementation of treatment,and significantly improve the sleep quality.
