摘要
目的探讨臭氧消毒机固定对病区床单位消毒合格率及菌落数的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年5月莆田学院附属医院被服中心收集的已出院患者床单位卧具100套作为研究对象,根据消毒方法的不同将其分为臭氧消毒机组及紫外线组,每组各50套。臭氧消毒机组采用臭氧消毒机固定消毒,紫外线组采用紫外线消毒。比较两组床垫、被褥、垫褥、枕芯的消毒合格率及消毒前后菌落数。结果臭氧消毒机组的床垫、被褥、垫褥、枕芯消毒合格率高于紫外线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒前,两组床垫、被褥、垫褥、枕芯菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒后,两组床垫、被褥、垫褥、枕芯菌落数均少于消毒前,臭氧消毒机组床垫、被褥、垫褥、枕芯菌落数少于紫外线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧消毒机固定能够有效提高病区床单位的消毒合格率,能够有效减少病区床单位菌落数,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of ozone disinfection machine fixation on the qualified rate of disinfection and the number of colonies in bed units in wards.Methods A total of 100 sets of bedding units for discharged patients collected from the Quilt Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University in May 2022 were retrospectively selected as research objects.According to different disinfection methods,they were divided into ozone disinfection unit group and ultraviolet group,with 50 sets in each group.Ozone disinfection unit group using ozone disinfection machine fixed disinfection,ultraviolet group using ultraviolet disinfection.The qualified rate of disinfection of mattress,bedding,pad and pillow core and the number of colonies before and after disinfection were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of disinfection of mattress,bedding,pad and pillow core in ozone disinfection unit group were higher than those in ultraviolet group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before disinfection,there were no significant differences in the number of bacterial colonies in mattress,bedding,pad and pillow core between the two groups(P>0.05).After disinfection,the number of bacterial colonies in mattresses,bedding,bedding and pillow core in two groups were less than those before disinfection,while the number of bacterial colonies in mattress,bedding,bedding and pillow core in ozone disinfection unit group were less than those in ultraviolet group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fixation of ozone disinfection machine can effectively improve the qualified rate of disinfection of ward bed units,and can effectively and completely eliminate the number of colonies in ward bed units,which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
