脑梗死合并高血压1例患者介入术后并发假性动脉瘤的护理

Nursing care of one patient with cerebral infarction and hypertension complicated with pseudoaneurysm after interventional surgery

总结1例脑梗死合并高血压患者行介入术后并发假性动脉瘤的护理体会。从术者、护理人员因素、术后的护理观察要点来预防医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤的发生;在假性动脉瘤形成后通过多学科团队联合会诊,并对患侧肢体、患者的心理、护理配合方面进行详细分析;以及股动脉血管修补术术后手术切口的护理与术后再次出血、下肢深静脉血栓并发症的预防,总结护理经验。经过精心的治疗和护理,患者住院20 d好转出院。通过本案例的分享,使护理人员更清楚地了解介入术后护理上的观察要点以及假性动脉瘤形成后的护理,从而为提高护理人员风险意识、降低介入术后假性动脉瘤事件的发生提供参考。医护人员细致的观察和及时的处理,是保证患者生命安全和促使患者早日康复出院的关键。

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with cerebral infarction and hypertension complicated with pseudoaneurysm after interventional surgery.To prevent the occurrence of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysm from the factors of surgeon,nursing staff and postoperative nursing observation points;After the formation of pseudoaneurysm,through multidisciplinary team joint consultation,and the affected side of the limb,the patient's psychology,nursing cooperation were analyzed in detail.As well as the nursing of surgical incision after femoral artery vascular repair and the prevention of postoperative re-bleeding and complications of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,summarize the nursing experience.After careful treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged from hospital after 20 days of improvement.Through this case,the nursing staff can better understand the observation points of nursing after intervention and the nursing after the formation of pseudoaneurysm,so as to provide reference for improving the risk awareness of nursing staff and reducing the occurrence of pseudoaneurysm after intervention.Careful observation and timely treatment by medical staff are the key to ensure the safety of patients'lives and promote their early recovery and discharge.
