浮针联合毫刃针治疗腹部增生性瘢痕医案一则

增生性瘢痕又称肥厚性瘢痕,瘢痕形成机制尚未明确,目前临床上虽有多种治疗方法可选,但疗效多不尽如人意。从患肌角度出发,瘢痕的存在必然会引起周围肌筋膜和肌肉处于紧张状态,这也是引起该案例中疼痛的主要原因。膈肌位于人体中部,且作为人体中最主要的呼吸肌,不仅是全身重要的信息中枢,也具有统领全身肌肉的作用,所以膈肌的治疗具有举足轻重的地位。通过浮针联合毫刃针治疗,调整呼吸模式,治疗膈肌及周围患肌,松解粘连和纤维化的组织,使受瘢痕影响的肌肉恢复正常状态,解除血管、神经压迫,从而消除疼痛,改善瘢痕区域血供及相应组织或器官的功能,提高患者生活质量。通过对该案例中患肌的治疗,以期为之后因腹部瘢痕引起的患肌疼痛的治疗提供新的方法和思路。
