前庭康复训练联合健康教育在前庭性偏头痛患者中的应用效果

Effect of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with health education in patients with vestibular migraine

目的分析前庭康复训练联合健康教育对前庭性偏头痛(VM)患者的护理效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年9月于萍乡市人民医院就诊的72例VM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(36例),对照组(36例),脱落12例,最终纳入60例患者,观察组31例,对照组29例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,实施前庭康复训练联合健康教育。比较两组干预前后的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、欧洲五维健康指数量表(EQ-5D)、EQ-5D视觉模拟量表(EQ-VAS)评分。结果干预前两组的各量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组的BBS、EQ-5D评分高于干预前,DHI、EQ-VAS评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组干预后的BBS、EQ-5D评分高于对照组,DHI、EQ-VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前庭康复训练联合健康教育等有针对性护理措施非常有利于VM患者的康复。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with health education on patients with vestibular migraine(VM).Methods A total of 72 VM patients treated in People's Hospital of Pingxiang from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(36 cases),control group(36 cases),shedding 12 cases,and finally included 60 patients,including 31 cases in observation group and 29 cases in control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given vestibular rehabilitation training combined with health education on the basis of routine nursing.Scores of Berg Balance Scale(BBS),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),EuroQol-5 dimensions(EQ-5D)and EuroQol-5 dimensions visual analogue scale(EQ-VAS)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the BBS and EQ-5D scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,the DHI and EQ-VAS scores were lower than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BBS and EQ-5D scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the DHI and EQ-VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing measures such as vestibular rehabilitation training and health education are very beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients with VM.
